Welcome to our members terms and conditions. If you are a member or looking to join us as a new member, we advice you to read our member terms and conditions, listed below.

1. Members: All members are reminded that our system and websites will only accept adverts which include text and a banner size of 80 x 80 pixels. Flash banners and banners with music/sound(s) will not be accepted.
    
2. Advertisers: All advertisers are reminded that our websites will only accept banner adverts which include text. Adverts which include sounds will not be allowed on any of our websites.
    
3. All members and advertisers must adhere to a standard of practice and which does not bring the the affiliates or any of our members into disrepute or cause offence in any way.
    
4. This website and our parent company, Limo Booker is not held responsible for the service members provide.
    
5. It is the responsibility of all companies advertising within this web site to ensure that they operate to a professional standard.
    
6. All members are strictly required to carry a reciprocal/backward link to our parent website, www.limobooker.co.uk. The link details are on the control panel of every member.
    
7. Limo Booker reserves the right to carry out an audit to rectify your advertising status. i.e to check whether you own the advertised vehicle(s), you cover the requested areas.
    
8. Under the Data Protection Act, no member is permitted to sell or broker off the leads supplied by Limo Booker.
    
9. Limousine franchises, lead suppliers and brokers will be refused lead supply from any of our incorporating brands and websites.
    
10. Limo Booker reserves the right to refuse and terminate a membership at any time.
     
11. We reserve the right to change/amend the member terms and conditions at any time, for the smooth running of the operation.
     
12. Members agree to pay 50p per lead. At present there is no free trial and you will be charged for each lead as soon as you sign up to our system. Free membership applies to joining the system and having access to the control panel. It does not cover the cost of the leads.
     
13. Billing occurs on a monthly cycle. You will be sent an invoice if your account balance is £10 or greater on the first of every month.
    
    
14. Failure to pay invoices will result in immediate account termination. We will endeavour to contact all members prior to termination. If you account is suspended due to non-payment we reserve the right to charge a re-activation fee of £95.
